A graduate of Oregon State University's Business School with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, David was born in Indonesia and grew up learning the intricate interaction between tactical and strategic business decisions through his involvement in his family's own multinational corporation. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). One of the most coveted and respected designations in the commercial real estate industry due to the extremely demanding
educational and experience requirements, the CCIM designation is held by less than 1% of all commercial real estate professionals worldwide. Annually, CCIMs completed transactions representing more than $400 billion. David's success is solidly based on his ability to produce the most effective solutions by using his impressive analytical skills in financial and market analyses.
